Let’s face it. We can’t really look at our “Summer in Beirut” albums and not see pictures of the city’s most renowned rooftops. It has become a summer staple and we are constantly looking for the town’s new heights and sights or enjoying the iconic ones. Yesterday, we were invited to O Monot Hotel Rooftop . Right in the heart of Beirut, this new luxury boutique hotel prides itself on being the first hotel in Lebanon to be part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) network. We were happy to be invited to enjoy a calm and relaxing night at the roof. Cheese and wine, chill music and lots of talks about upcoming projects for the blog…Can’t really ask for more!

It is! We had Lebanese wine which we really like and a platter of cheese! Everything was tasty but we didn’t have a chance to try the food since we were stuffed from lunch!
