It’s the season, one fashion week followed by another fashion week. The cities might change but more often than not the captions, poses and people remain all the same. As much as we love it, it can be a little bit too much sometimes. The unbearable truth: even nectar is poison if taken to excess. Instagram might be the culprit, fueled by people’s incessant need to fit in by wearing the latest “IT” anything. We all might fall into the trap occasionally. And it’s all right as long as we make a conscious effort to remember to take a break. Detox your wardrobe and your mind. Get comfy by wearing whatever makes you happy, be it a sweater and pants, or a long sequined dress.

What once was humble has become an “it” item. Following the path of torn out jeans and worn out tees (pieces destined for the bin before they were classified as cool), the basket bag has now stepped in.
