Shirts and Skirts

A plain shirt is the perfect match to any printed skirt. By looking at the different tones of any print, it is easy to spot which color is calling for attention. Particularly in this skirt, navy blue was the shy frontrunner and it felt only natural to add a classic denim twist.

Poncho Flashback

Growing up in South America is something. Tropical weather, Caribbean tides, and the infinite days of sunshine that make people smile, instantly. But some places are actually cold, so cold that they were home to winter garments like the Poncho. Since last fall, it has been invading the runways and people have adopted this typical Hispanic large sheet of fabric to keep themselves warm without risking comfort or movement. Just the perfect layering potential. Sun or no sun, we couldn’t be happier!

It’s Raining Boots

We don’t really know about you but rarely do we long for grey skies. But when they come, there’s no way out but to embrace them with style. Every winter it’s becoming easier to find rain boots that you would want to wear even when the weather update hints at a slight shower risk. What’s your pick?!

High Time

High- waisted shorts, Up-tied shirt with a knot…even the tiles behind me will be going up our summer house roof by the end of month (hopefully). I love high waist shorts but usually find trouble matching it with a top. In this case, the up-tying shirt trend that is picking up lately made it super easy! It was high time..
